Even if the property got delivered today, people who buy in Mexico most often pay cash and Mexican properties have very low holding costs.

Any other fellow New Mexicans aspiring for early retirement?  

If you find out they are not paying, calling all the time over their neighbors music, get put on the sexual predator registry, you can simply non renew.

Although it seems silly, small details like putting out air fresheners, fake flowers, playing some music when showing, and having nice curtains add to making the place feel like home.As far as flips, I really don't get into those.

We can use a reasonable educated guess to assume that the music stops and prices should be dropping or the market should shift back from a sellers to a buyers market in 4-5 years or so in many markets.
