Probably plenty of people do it, but when you say things like there is no kitchen....my vision is someone moves in and improvises....they either get a hotplate or they get a portable burner, or they get a big grill outside.

I for example could not really care less if you make $2K or $20K as long as the deal I AM GETTING is fat enough in the end.

For example, mine says 2 year lease only in big fat letters.
