Unfortunately with an apartment you can't shrink the workload short of selling the building.Bringing on people doesn't have to mean hiring employees with all the associated overhead that entails because you can outsource certain tasks.

In my own New Member post, I wrote about how much I enjoyed the Podcasts and was really learning a lot from them.One of the responses (cut n paste style) entailed a nice portion of how I should really make time to listen to the Podcasts because they were very informative...I'm not a fanof those posts ;-)I hope all is well brotha.Have a great week out there in Baltimore and stay warm!

I just obtained my Virginia real estate sales license and am looking for opportunities to build a business.I've heard many people talk about property management as a business but don't really know what that means and entails.

Each guest has their own idea of what a five star experience should entail.

He has some experience (one full rehab that we saw, and it looked great), but he doesn't have enough experience to always know what labor prices should look like, what the scope of work should entail, what all the permitting issues will be, etc.

Screening would entail how they intend to buy the property??

It could have caused mold and rot and everything that entails.  

I may call the number later on to see what it all entails. 

This entails pretty much whatever makes your phone ring - ads online, ads in the newspaper, bandit signs, etc.

Definitely some very specific education you need to understand  all the details and what that entails.
