@Chihiro Kurokawa a solid asset/property management platform should absolutely be able to handle rehab/project management as well.

It's not exactly a "fair" assumption but you have to put yourself in the shoes of an owner who's being solicited on a platform where it takes about 3 minutes to create a fake profile and/or pretend to be someone else.  

Word of mouth, marketing yourself every day on all platforms, have a good CRM to maintain everything, open houses, knock on local neighbor doors and facebook.  

The only incentive that any crowdfunding platform has is to maintain their reputation in order to retain/attract investors.

Cooper ) is one of the larger servicers to use these type of platforms.

I told her if she knows that on the owner dashboard, even when instant booking is on, their platform prints pop-ups or big highlighted messages encouraging the hosts to activate instant booking and get more bookings.

I have a lot to learn to get that stage and this will be first of many posts and thank you BP for giving me a platform to better understand this industry!

@Scott Trench  Well anyone who says you can get by on little sleep because the need for sleep is a sociatal delusion, and uses his book as a platform to sell daily planners and calming aura and soothing chakra tea,  isn't someone I'd look to for serious life advice.
