  - Any budget overruns could exceed the amount of capital a small PML may have and require the project to be refinanced into a new construction loan elsewhere while the project is inflight and this could pose challenges if the borrower doesn't have much skin in the game or liquidity.

I wouldn't worry about any of that, but I'd want to see it in person before I committed to that.Find a good basement guy to go take a look, usually not the guy with a wrapped truck.

They take the guts out of it where they shoot it, and then strap it onto the trunk of the car or in the bed of their truck and take it back to their house, and hang it upside down from a tree limb to let the blood drain out of it for a certain amount of time.
