There is software that automate almost everything.

It has a learning curve but you can automate loading in transactions from banks.

Just curious if you think technology will start automating the broker's job like it's doing for residential side realtors right now.Do those senior/regular/junior agents still get a salary on top of those example commissions, or is it purely commission/pulling from future commissions?

@Andrew Powers I would recommend taking any automated valuation or rent estimate with a grain of salt.

I have tried all the "automated software", everything from Connected Investors to Freedomsoft.
