Schools, pools, yes they can and do often command a better price but IMO the main driving factor is bedrooms, baths, location, and overall quality of the unit.

So my question to experienced vinyl plank users is will the planks take 1/2"or is the 1/4" measure really the upper limit and not just a value that is determined for long term warranties.

But potential to command high rents, as well as appreciation depend critically (as you know) on location within Madison. 

It's assumed that by 18 you finished school, can read, write, add and subtract, and have command over logic.

Setting one up for "San Diego" would be a good way to get in the loop of what is going on with other BP users in the area.

Lower priced homes command lower rents and are primarily occupied by tenants who can only afford a lower rent.  

When I cam to BP 6 years ago, your user ID was tagged with investor, still is, it's the first "mistake" I noticed on BP, an indication that what was popular prevailed.
