Hey everyone I just signed up. I am new to San Diego just moved her about a month ago. I am looking to start investing in real estate. I am curently a real estate licensee. If you know anyone in the San Diego area or are in San Diego and willing to speak with me I would greatly appreciate it! Thank you!

Welcome to BP and San Diego @Brandon Lariz! There are a lot of investors and agents in San Diego on the forums. As @Jerry Padilla mentioned, you can set up keyword alerts that will notify you of posts/ topics that contain your keywords. Setting one up for "San Diego" would be a good way to get in the loop of what is going on with other BP users in the area. Another great way to meet people and learn is to go to local networking and real estate meet-ups.
