I've tasted numerous defeats in my short experience, recalibrated and knuckled up using the bailiwick of mental tools under the platform.

I am getting a taste of how competitive the market currently is, especially since I am not in the area.

This has certainly given me a taste for the community and I feel more empowered to interact and ask questions.

I'm not a fan of sub2 wraps, as suggested in Podcast 70, because it's just too many players and too many variables for my taste.  

It was tastefully remodeled a few years ago but built around 1900 - not far from Tacoma Mall.

Got a taste for Real Estate investing when my parents bought a property in Las Vegas when I was a teenager which sparked my interest.

Unless you have an amazing relationship with your tenant, do yourself (them, and all the buyer's agents and buyers who walk through the property) a favor and make sure your tenant has moved out, fix and re-paint as needed, then tastefully stage the property. 

Once you've gotten a good taste on here, find some great books to read for more in-depth knowledge on each issue.Also, look to local organizations for face-to-face networking, and to meet great people who can help.  

I agree to start the conversation with the listing agent as soon as it goes on the market.. but making a blind lowball offer without having seen the property at the start sometimes puts a bad taste in seller's and the agent's mouth.I like having conversations with the listing agent and give them the rundown... that you are really interested in the property would love to put an offer in but that it would be low because....reason 1 (the property is really out of date ) reason 2 is a gut job) or reason xyz.. the listing agents know the deal with the property.I always have those conversations on the phone.

People watch these shows and it tends to shape the viewer's tastes.
