Northeast is not that bad, (Mostly is senior citizens), Center City ($$$), North Philadelphia is the most dangerous area with high criminal, South Philadelphia is not that bad, Frankfort (my rental house was burgled).Out of all, I would prefer Northeast Philadelphia due to closer to New Jersey border and would not be stuck in the traffic once enter Northeast in Philadelphia county

I know Cloud has been around forever and my response is in general and not an indictment against them, but I would encourage to consider that Killeen and Temple are totally different markets and while they may service Temple :- Is it realistic that they are going to drive 30 minutes or more during high traffic times to show the property?

In my area, it's pretty straight forward...and they push you through like traffic court...a bunch of people.Either way, you need to make some action if you're already missing 2 months of rent and we're halfway through January.
