In search of GOOD property manager in Temple, Texas area

I have a friend with a property in Temple.  They've had countless problems already, in the first month, with the property manager.  This one came recommended also.  I'm realizing GOOD property managers are really hard to come by.  Let me know if you've had a good experience with any in the area.  (I'll be needing one in a few months also)  Thanks!
