Gamble or Investment?

And I used to fill those hours with constant sports talk radio.

California is a highly cyclical Market and definitely not one I would gamble in.

I also rarely see them at sporting events or kids' assemblies because they can't go.

High schools in Columbus have a strong sporting as well as academic spirit.  

Easiest, most generic: leave a legacy using real estate as the foundation...To do: fix and flip single family, fix and hold multi...Lover of Batman, Bourne, training for the zombie apocalypse, and Cleveland sports...Would love to learn from all you real estate doers.

But, I know plenty of people who would rather get a set rate of return this time of year vs. gambling with a new president.

Flipping properties is inherently more risky and can often times be closely compared to gambling.

As a general rule , relying on uncertainty of timing, high risk etc , I feel, is more speculating , which is just a fancy word for gambling.  

Endurance racing, water sports, mountain biking, hiking, paddling and snowboarding are just some of the sports we enjoy each and every year.
