Househackers are uniquely equipped to thrive in the coming months because the additional income from leased units/ rooms allows us to comfortably swallow the additional interest and we're finally seeing sellers agree to concessions and contracts with contingencies in-place which are essential to protect earnest money deposits (which for many househackers represents the bulk of their cash holdings).Curious to see how this shakes out over the next several months!

Toda, Thank you Yossi, @Yossi F.The expired permit from 2002 is the same type of work (Re-roofing) that was conducted in 2012 - and finalized properly, According to the Title company, this specific case is not lienable, however, Me being rather new to this - i go by the saying, if it shakes me out a bit - it might of shake out the potential future buyer of the property -Can you suggest an additional course of action apart of hiring a local expediter?
