@Ryan Dostart Hi Ryan! My husband and I started as out of state investors ourselves. We moved here summer of 2020 to do real estate investing and property management full time. Our company is Thirdstone Properties. We currently manage 177 doors and majority of our clients are out of state investors. Our partner also helps investors acquire rentals as the agent.
