These are the details given to me by a friend of a scam that happened to his friend (not recently):- Friend of my friend buys a house from an 82 year old lady.

An internet search shows this is one of their scams with a company called "Cross Country".So they will be getting one huge letter which I will copy to the NJ Banking Commission (the house is in NJ).

I have been to other meetings that were nothing more than sales pitches or fronts for various scams targeting wanna-be real estate investors. 8)

If He/she is just trying to scam you, then you have to play dirty as well.

Right now I consider myself as a sponge just trying to learn and absorb as much as I can (no not from scams but from nice people like you here on Bigger Pockets)!!

Is it a profitable business or more likely a scam; a little info abt it is there is no actual product to buy jus Health service being provided with a partnership with MDlive any advice guys would appreciate it ??

newbie to the real estate world..Found the BP site doing research on a "FREE SEMINAR" training coming to Chicago aka scam lol.

If this was to prevent scam ad's or something to that nature again I would be on board with it.
