newbie to the real estate world..Found the BP site doing research on a "FREE SEMINAR" training coming to Chicago aka scam lol. My partner and I are in the very beggining stages and are basically fueling are brains with useful knowledge. We are focusing on flipping and rental properties.I look forward to meeting others in my area and around the country that can assist and use whatever assistance we can offer in the real estate world.
