Instead, I feel that MLMs are taking the potential entrepreneurs out of the workforce by selling them on this lazy, 'profit from a yacht' mobile luxury lifestyle.

My idea was to rent only the property and allow someone to put their own mobile home on there and collect rent and have no maintenance.  

Right now I'm focused on looking to invest in mobile home parks - again doing due diligence while living in Korea and finding partners through BP.
