However in my case the pipe CONTINUES further downstream and goes into UNIT C...then D.So I am curious if I do not have a "hub and spoke" configuration, would it work?

Our clients have had success on Quickbooks, Stessa, & REI Hub.

We just got a new Fed Ex hub and there just isn't much rental property around.

Realtors are a "hub" and have a pulse on the MLS, so they were my weapon of choice as far as just getting houses to analyze.A hub in graph theory/network theory just means that realtors are connected to a lot of houses, and therefore they have the best chance of having a house in their belt that's a good deal.Beware - realtors don't know anything about investing in properties.

It has a lot of restaurants and retail because we are sort of the hub for all of the small rural counties in NW Georgia.

This is a small town (population approximately 1500) but it's only about 7 miles from some of the job hubs in the surrounding area. 

In terms of employment hubs, ensure that the current major employers are there to stay - for instance - hospital or manufacturing facility.

Then I looked at proximity to NYC and other surrounding HUBS that people work in.
