@Josh Ridgely My suggestion would be to scroll through the titles of each podcast and download and listen to the ones that relate to you and catch your eye. 

So I scroll down to till I see a topic that I want to click on.

I scroll over the house I'm looking for and the site tells me the address. then I go to my counties property appraisers site and type in the address.

the normal process is (assuming it's in a PDF):bring up iTunesconnect your iPhone to the computer to the left of Library For You, Browse ... is a selection and an icon for your iPhone, click on the iconin the selection box, scroll to Books OR PDFsnow drag the book from the computer onto the iTunes window right panelright click on the document now in iTunes and select Add to DeviceIt will show up on the iPhone in iBooks

Is there a way to search the "Events & Happenings" by city or do I need to just scroll through page after page of posts? 

There are legit teachers out there that help people pass licensing exams or set up their business, but any time you're looking at someone that has a resume that makes no sense for what they are doing...scroll past. 

I would spend a fair amount of time bouncing back and forth between these sites but the deal dog app actually does all that for me so I just have to scroll through a 1 simple list.
