Im seeking financial advice. I'm trying to manage my money better so that I can invest. I live Baton Rouge, Louisiana.Looking for a great area to invest in as well. Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated as I begin my journey to becoming an investor.

Congratulations on wanting to better your financial situation and are willing to be proactive with it! Everyone's financial situation is different when they start out in this business.  I started out in the business with almost no money and a credit card I used to pay for a seminar and then live off of until I maxed it out and then spent 6 months not paying on it, getting in collections, etc.  Then I made my first deal and paid that sucka off.  I don't recommend how I did it to anyone, but its how I did it.

Depending on your situation and your goals as an investor will depend on how you should prep your finances in this business.  If you are not up to posting your situation, feel free to Private message me or something.

I have two easy reading book recommendations for you that I like on basic financial principals: Rich Dad Poor Dad, and The Richest Man in Babylon.

Good luck!
