Educating yourself is incredibly important!

Hi Cassandra,I found your response to be quite motivating and easy to understand for I am thinking of joining the program. 

I’m making $250/door and have a ton of equity but it was just pointed out to me that actually taking into consideration my whole portfolio I have an incredibly low overall CoC and given the amount of overall equity I have my cash flow is pretty low compared to what I might be able to make were I invested in other things.

Typically, those sellers are not as motivated or distressed as the ones in our cash sales.

They are stunning places, and with so much money around ( especially from Other countries w/ how popular CA is )  I guess there's enough ppl willing to pay outrageous prices to deal with insane policies and other madness,  for the incredible weather/ views.

Only motivated sellers know they are motivated.

There is absolutely a motive here and as well intentioned as it is, it is also getting misguided.
