I live in Madrid, Spain. For the last 20 years I have been investing in Residential Real Estate in Madrid . Madrid have become the number one City in terms of income and investors since for the last 25 years investor friendly goverments in the region had atracted the bigger companies of the world to invest in the city. An incredible infrastructure of subway, speedways and high speed trains to the rest of the country had help as well.
