-what is the closest bank/7-eleven/currency exchange place?

If all of your bills are in USD then buying other currencies is not required.

The books below have not really “taught” me a single thing for Real Estate Investments but it has most definitely changed the way I think (outside the box) about currency, 401k’s, cash flow and taxes to say the least.

My background before becoming a CFP was at the Comptroller of the Currency in bank regulation. 

Virgin Islands so no currency exchange issues to be concerned with.

For ex; Landlord only rents one house so they don't get Business name.

For Ex--if you're entering your home -- and you've got a family or say the 20 year old  son and his friends hanging out and drinking beers on the porch ---this will be uncomfortable for the single mother on the 2nd floor and for the 2 professional women on the third. 

While I know working with cash is tempting, It is the currency of our country and it must be accepted.

The one thing I never discriminate against is green US currency:)
