I need software to manage an asset located out of the county

Hi, I'm acquiring a multifamily asset (6 units) located out of the country and I'm looking for a right-sized software solution that can help with rent collection, repair inquiries etc. The property will be located in the U.S. Virgin Islands so no currency exchange issues to be concerned with. Any other tips for managing international properties are welcomed. Thank you in advance.
