Hello all,I am an investor in some of the deals with Ifunding and like all investors in ifunding deals am contemplating the takeover by Jazco and the merits of the same.

In fact, any contract worth the paper it is printed on CONTEMPLATES that either or both parties might breach it. 

We're planning on selling our SFR rental property, and we'll net at least $90k.  We're also be listing it for $85k more than what it was purchased for (it was originally owner occupied, and has been a rental for 5 yea...

@Kim Meredith Hampton I have contemplated the drop down stairs for storage.

I have contemplated a hard money loan and wanted to get others thoughts on using this strategy.  

He also offered Friday, I am still waiting on her response.In the meantime she is holding my August rent, which she did not formally notified me, or if she is keeping it in an scrow account, I am assuming she is not, but  since our lease contract contemplates a waiver for any pre judicial notice I proceed to file an eviction case at the MDJ court.
