I honestly do not know what step to take next.I'm making offers,have several potential deals on my desk,including a 2750 sq.ft. lakehouse I have under contract.I am also very enthusiastic about the feedback I've received in only 1 day.I am confident I will close my very 1st.deal SOON!

But I mentor people for free, and our minimum investment is $50k...but for someone like @Justin Lee who's enthusiastic, we find ways to make exceptions...and I am sure if he reached out to 10 - 20 other credible investors, there will be a couple more in addition to me who like helping people.
