Hi, my name is Dwight Hopkins.Born,raised in the Houston area.I am new.In May, I took a 3 day course on creative R.E. investing.From,Brock Madsen.Abundance Education.Scott& Amy"s company from Flipping Vegas.I purchased their software, {Pro Real Estate}.I've read several, A.D. Kessler book's.I'm reading now for the 3rd. time, Short-Sale Pre-Foreclosure Investing.I am truly grateful to have been introduced to site,where I can ask and get help,without fear!!!I honestly do not know what step to take next.I'm making offers,have several potential deals on my desk,including a 2750 sq.ft. lakehouse I have under contract.I am also very enthusiastic about the feedback I've received in only 1 day.I am confident I will close my very 1st.deal SOON!
