I have knowledge of a vacant 22rm motel located in a rural area of Dallas, near Cedar Creek Lake?

It was a Zillow iBuyer home and they weren't showing and marketing it well.Also in contract to purchase a duplex to add two ADU's in the $800's and the exit is $1.6-1.8m in silver lake echo park area.

Im in California and have been looking at Big bear lake, lake Arrowhead, and also Lake Havasu. what worries me is it seems like the market is flooded with air bnbs in those areas but maybe someone with experience in those areas could chime in. any other advice would be appreciated to!

I found a hotel room at a small ski resort and lake town listed for $35,000.

( I was thinking delray, boynton or lake worth) 2 - what are the added cost to take into account for str (hotel tax and cleaning and utilities right ?) 

@Zander Kempf I have some out of state STR buyers they use Vacasa but in the lakes region (https://www.vacasa.com/).I also met a local STR PM a couple weeks ago in Portsmouth but I left his card on my desk …I’ll dm you if I find it. 

@Jimmell J Swan in the process of applying for preapproval, I believe a hard inquiry will open your report up for a two week period in order for you to shop around once the inquiry was made.

I can do email marketing but PS lakes the key feature called dynamic data.
