I have only scratched the surface of the forums and articles and am excited to see such good, genuine information.First and foremost, I would love to connect with someone or a few people in California, preferably the Central Coast or Southern California, who are walking the walk as residential and/or commercial property investors and/or wholesalers.I think getting started as a wholesaler would be my best bet.
