On the surface, you do realize if she doesn't make her payments.. you more than likely will have to evict your friend...furthermore, how many months will you be making the payment if this happens while doing the eviction/looking for a new tenant?

I have only scratched the surface of the forums and articles and am excited to see such good, genuine information.First and foremost, I would love to connect with someone or a few people in California, preferably the Central Coast or Southern California, who are walking the walk as residential and/or commercial property investors and/or wholesalers.I think getting started as a wholesaler would be my best bet.
