@Nnena O. there aren't really a ton of run down condos to flip in Pittsburgh, so any condo that you could buy to flip would have a pretty thin margin.Here's an anecdote: http://pittsburgh.cbslocal.com/2013/03/21/police-f...about two years ago a guy intentionally blew up his condo, committing suicide.

Its up to the Board of Realtors in each state to make a stance then for the brokers in each state to take a position.. if they like non licensed folks trolling in their turf so be it.. if they have bad experinces they should file complaints against those that are not licensed.. only way the industry will police itself..
