Needless to say, now the stove isnt working properly, the broiler function isnt working and there are a few other issues.

:wink:Yes, if the repairs on minimal, you will have less money withheld from the loan and need less cash overall for closing and rehab.

Needless to say she did a fantasic job updating the lake house, is travelling a lot for work and whenever she is gone she has AIrbnb guests at the place.

Needless to say, someone will pay more.All of this is truly on a case by case basis.

(For example, our lumber yard takes credit card with no additional fees.)Needless to say, I am a huge fan of using credit cards for this reason. 

And while they may not leave lights on needlessly, or turn the heat up high, frequent long hot showers will of course run up the water heating bill (and be reflected in the water usage bill)... keeping the thermostat at 62 degrees with a window open will run a bill up lickety split... etc.!

Needless to say - renting the entire home as a 3/2 doesn't quite break even on the principal, interest, taxes & insurance so I'm forced into the space of renting by the room or shorter leases.

Since that time I've hired/fired 5 general contractors and sued one of them for 120K (and only got 10K back).Needless to say, I got sick of all this drama so I hired a project manager instead, and now I pay for my own materials and pay the sub-contractors directly.

Needless to say, this is something that cannot & will not continue
