Thank you for that input, I would not have foreseen that, the property is 60k and actually livable, but likely the best we are looking at would be maybe 70k value after I paint and decorate it attractively.

I have done this several times run up a card to furnish  / decorate the house (if not already furnished), and then pay it down aggressively within a short period of time.

Some just do decor, and some do finishes like you're talking about. 

Like shower curtain and rod, candles and decorations on counter from dollar store.

White paint, and fun decor can go a long way in making a listing pop on the platform.

Also, how is the decór?

We renovated the kitchen and decorated it beautifully inside and out.

So it’s simply not all of the fun decorating that they need.
