We bouoght the house at a steal due to it being on the market for several months. It was on a main and busy street, a tough drive way to back out of, a built in pool that needed lots of work and needed some love. We renovated the kitchen and decorated it beautifully inside and out. We landscaped and never touched the pool and still made a tremendous profit.
