Let's not forget that a great reason to use long term financing for leverage is to hedge your monthly commitment against inflation.

I joined BP because it seems to be an education and mentorship style site.My Full schedule limits the amount of time I can commit to real estate and think I will do best with turnkey rentals.

I made it a commitment to visit the place at least once per week to make sure issues were addressed in timely manner and to get a feel for the property.

A solid work history is indicative of their ability and willingness to live up to a commitment.  

I declined as I'm not going to commit to paying an unknown amount. 

I think this would offer older millennials who are starting a family an attractive option in that they’re moving into a newer home without the commitment and lack of mobility that ownership requires.

Paying late because they are short is a tenant prioritising "other" financial responsibilities ahead of their commitment to their landlord.

I have been lurking on Bigger Pockets for sometime now and have finally committed to taking action on my goals for 2018 (mainly, purchase a 10+ unit apartment building) so I figured it would be best to introduce myself the the BP community and start networking. 

Do your research before you commit to this path, as it can get involved.
