They aren't a specialty Real Estate investment bank etc, but they are one of the few that offers investment property helocs...so don't cut your nose off to spite your face. 

I already ordered the book “Build Wealth One house at a time” and have been digging my nose into anything possible to learn from.

They are a property that has a history of selling well, and would be a good investment for anyone.I have a "nose" for distressed properties...however, I don't want to live in one.

If things don't work out, then do a 30 day, but don't cut off your nose to spite your face.

Many buyers and buyers agents are uncomfortable with a listing agent hanging around and sticking their nose into the conversation.

Using flooring that requires any kind of bulky nosings are dangerous as well.

You'd get the occasional princess who would turn her nose up and that's when you say a gratitude prayer LOL.We included everything in rent - water, sewer, garbage, electricity & gas. 

I'm afraid this will be a costly mistake for you, but I sincerely hope you are lucky with this tenant and you can thumb your nose at all of us naysayers.BUT, you do really need to learn the laws for your state.
