Okay, so this may be a long post but I just want to make my situation as clear as possible so it will be easier for you to help me.Some stats about me:- 27 years old about to finally graduate, based in the UK- £350k flat owned outright (gift from my parents) from which I receive about £1k per month (£850 pm after PM fees) so I don't need to worry about mortgage for personal home.

All contracts, options, or other devices not based upon a substantial consideration, or that are otherwise employed to permit an unlicensed person to sell, lease, or let real estate, the beneficial title to which has not, in good faith, passed to such party for a substantial consideration, are hereby declared void and ineffective in all cases, suits, or proceedings had or taken under this chapter; however, this section shall not apply to irrevocable gifts, to unconditional contracts to purchase, or to options based upon a substantial consideration actually paid and not subject to any agreements to return or right of return reserved.Note it states that contracts or options "employed to permit an unlicensed person to sell, lease, etc" appears to close the loophole.

I have 10k saved up now, but that was a gift from my wife's parents.I've been blessed many many times in my life, first with a loving, devoted, faithful wife and 3 beautiful children, and also with many things that I have received and experienced in my life.I've learned a lot, grew up in hard times, made it out, met a great woman who grew up with a remarkable foundation and support system.My wife are doing this whole "Life" thing together, as much as possible we like to involve each other and do things together, especially work. we make an awesome team.
