Everyone Is Gifted But Most People Never Open Their Package

Hey Guys,

I'm looking to get started in leasing so I'm building a team to get facilitate the process.

I'm virtually unkown so I don't want to go in the market unkown which would be difficult.

I am actively seeking investors & private lenders specifically in Tampa, Orlando & Miami.

I have spoken with an ABL who says transactional funding would be difficult to secure 100% financing using dry closing (no cash or credit), however, I have an entirely risk-free strategy.

I would like to lease commercial properties for tenants with the option to buy as discussed on Intellibiz using double escrow.

I had originally wanted to secure bank financing but they wouldn't lend me the funds. I have an amazing opportunity to acquire properties & am looking for guidance. I'd like to own the property & lease not a short sale.

Are there alternative methods just in case lenders or investors may not be an option?

Is there any recommendation on proceeding?

Any input would be helpful.

You're the best.

Looking forward to hearing from you!
