I'm looking for something that can integrate across email, tasks, my phone, and computer, but it just seems like there isn't anything out there that will do all that!

@Fitzgerald Hall - I'd suggest that the only important issue is whether you operate your own business with integrity, and in a manner by which you feel you've been honest and helpful with the sellers/clients, investors, buyers (etc) you come into contact with, in the course of your business activities.

And if you have a trust issue up front ditch him right away and find someone with integrity for the job.

Again, personally, I think it looks fine--on the side of the house--if there is a tiny bit of tell-tale evidence of the old window, if it's done well and professionally, and I don't think it compromises the architectural integrity inside or out.
