Getting Things Done Help!

Hi, I just read getting things done (after being prompted by show 117) and I'm having a really hard time finding a way to get organized. I'm looking for something that can integrate across email, tasks, my phone, and computer, but it just seems like there isn't anything out there that will do all that!

I'm into buy and hold and flipping rental properties and need something to organize everything I need to do.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to do it or input on what they use? Thanks!
