My name is Susan and I am from Ohio. This seems like a wonderful forum which is very active and vibrant! Just what I like(smile)

I am an independent investor who buys seller financed trust deeds and mortgages. I hope I can offer educational info about trust deeds, mortgages, judgements, structured settlements and other forms of IOUs.
