Alternatively it could meet a economic wall that cannot be ignored and come to a very abrupt stop leaving a lot of folks drowning (just ask some of our neighbours to the south how quickly the party can end).Finally, yes, there is still money to be made, but the approach you outline is more speculation than investing.

I ignore if this was demolished during the time the listing was created and now, or if this is a mistake by the listing agent.

This questio stems from a general ignorance about the 10 loan limit, but i have heard about this in more than one place. 

I'm currently going thru the same thing (tenants have ignored the 3 day to pay or quit and lawyer said it will cost 3 to 6 THOUSAND to evict so he said just do it myself or through a paralegal.. theres so many boxes to check off on the Complaint & Summons!).

.- Listing agent for some ungodly reason allows the sellers to be present for the appraisal, and the listing agent ignored my friendly email saying to direct the appraiser to the buyer's agent should the appraiser contact you, and then the sellers say something stupid in the presence of the appraiser about $50k of deferred foundation maintenance.

The world has enough ignorant real estate agents out there already.
