There are a few tenants who have expressed excitement for new ownership and the positive things we plan to do to the building.

In New Zealand we have an expression that you are "talking out of your rectum".

I notified my realtor about this and she expressed three concerns: (1) if I list her info in the letter, it could be construed as her soliciting another agent's client; (2) my communicating with the seller directly complicates my current agreement with my agent (she used the analogy of me hiring an attorney and then communicating with the other party directly instead of through the attorney); and (3) I may inadvertently do or say things that could be construed as practicing real estate without a license.Thoughts?  

He has expressed his desire for me to get into wholesaling and find him deals while I learn the ropes.

What yo may hear over the phone, cannot be expressed in writing via letter or text.

I have no idea where they (the politicians) think that money will come from (I have the same view on the last year's tax cuts - especially the corporate tax cuts) but I would continue to pay the minimum required on education debt.Still the sentiment expressed is not wrong.
