My goal wasn't to take on another job when investing, performing endless "low dollar tasks" instead of pursuing "high dollar tasks" (something only I could do) such as analyzing new deals.

There's a supply of vacants that seems endless but there's hardly anything on the market so that's inflating prices a bit.

A lot of sunshine, and endless amounts of activities to do outside.

Additionally any old house which is not completely just fully renovated will need endless maintenance which pulls money out of pocket non stop. 

Of course there's an endless supply of other groups but those are two of the most widely known, respected.
