I would say purchase price matters but is a distraction more than anything else.

I think it is smart how you didn't show an image of a house, because I think those images can be distracting to the seller.

It's easy to get distracted or suffer information overload at the beginning.  

My sense is that he doesn't have any money, so he's attempting to distract you with a bogus warranty of habitability claim.

Many are distracted by all the bright flashing lights that surround us.  

The goal of the page is to obtain the visitor's email address; additional information could distract the user or cause them to "click away" to a different website.

Stick to your plan and don't get distracted by the BS.
