Hello from Anchorage, Alaska!

My name is Ryan Groeneweg and I have been viewing BP for about 2 years as part of an effort to educate myself on the daunting topic of real estate investing. I came across this network through a reference I found online that dubbed BP as a "secret society of real estate geniuses." I am now in the process of purchasing my first property and decided that it was past due time to create an account and join the conversation!

I am 23 years old, born and raised in Anchorage, Alaska where I now work full time as a career Firefighter/Paramedic. I have little background in real estate, however I am fortunate enough to have family with experience and success in REI and construction.

My long-term goal is to create a diversified investment portfolio with an emphasis on real estate, specifically rental properties. I have saved for years with this goal in mind and am currently in the process of purchasing my first multi-family.
