So the buyers, must accept the fact they over-extended themselves, just like the lenders these days need to realize they did some really stupid loans.Here in Chicago we had a ton of people buy these sprawling tract homes in the far suburbs of Chicago that had HUGE kitchens and master suites, etc.

I hear that if you write the contract up right you can make the sale of the property contingent upon getting 2-3 other people involved to purchase 2-3 acre tracts each upon closing...is that even possible and how would you even find these partners?

I know his no debt ever position  is hard to digest as a RE investor, but he has great budget forms and advocates ways and reasons to stay out of credit card & student loan debt, car payments, etc.
