Letter to fellow homeowners to abolish defunct HOA
Hello everyone! I have a property in an old neighborhood made up of 97 properties and 83 owners. Tracts are 5 and 10 acres. HOA RR&C's were recorded in 1973 but no HOA was ever formed. Everyone to a person is and has been in violation of these RR&C's for 48 years. To abolish the RR&C's I need a majority of owners to vote to abolish them. Has anyone ever done this or know someone who has?
