Forget the new clothes and if you need something new go to savers.- Make coffee at home- Conserve at home, turn off the lights when you don’t need them on.- Grocery stores, stay away from the center isles except for pasta, beans and rice.- Get rid of cable and opt for internet only- Quit smoking if that’s something you doJust a few ideas.

Ask if they are ensuring good ventilation-leaving the bathroom fan on for 15 minutes after showers and baths, using the range hood when cooking, keeping the place tidy (no big piles of clothes or stuff sitting in the corner).
