Flipping a Meth House

Hey BP!

What considerations are there when buying a potential flip property where there was previously meth cooked in it?

There were never any explosions, but are there any chemical or other things we need to make sure we look/check for when we do a walkthrough?

Anyone have experience or heard from others who have done it?
