It's A structure that works for many, but these scenarios are not a cookie-cutter, one-size-fits-all situation and the post I wrote outlines some of the considerations involved in choosing a structure and why one or the other structure may or may not work for an individual.So the reason why you're hearing about people not running their flipping through an S-Corp is that maybe that structure does not work for their other goals and life issues.
